Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days or less.
Processing time allows our team to prepare, inspect, and package your items to ensure quality.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on location and the carrier used.
Typical shipping estimates:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, customers should contact the carrier using the tracking number provided.
Return Policy
You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a full refund.
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Free of stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If your return request is made within 10 days of receiving your order, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after they have been processed.
Store Credit
Return requests made after 10 days but within 20 days of receiving your order will be eligible for store credit only.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked Final Sale
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned outside of the allowed return window
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
